Contract Cancellation
Due to the quick turnaround of orders it not possible amend an order once it has been placed.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and they remain unused and unopened.
- If you’ve changed your mind about an item we are more than happy for you to return it to us providing we have been contacted within 7 working days of the delivery date. You will need to pay for the cost of returning it.
- All items must be returned in original, factory sealed, unopened packaging.
- To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please send item in its original packaging and pack so that no damaged is caused on its return journey.
- Please include the original delivery note or information so that we can trace the parcel. We also advise to request proof of postage.
- We offer our international customers a 21 day time frame from date of delivery in which to return any purchases.
- You will need to pay for the cost of returning it.

- We are very sorry if you have received the wrong item or there is a fault with it. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the item needs to be returned we will pay the return postage. Once we have received the original item back from you, we will despatch a replacement from our warehouse or refund if no replacement is available.
- In accordance with your legal rights you have 30 days to return a faulty item.
- We will not replace or refund faulty items if the damage is deemed by the manufacturer to be caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
